My roots in Cayucos go deep – I’ve been coming here my whole life and am happy to share my favorite vacation spot.

These properties are in the tradition of my grandfather’s favorite architecture. His home in Shafter was carefully designed by a modern architect and emphasized clean lines, open floorplans, and beautiful views from inside and outside the property.

It is important that the natural chaparral here is preserved. While I am surrounded by cattle land, the coast here is maintained in its rugged, natural state and is an important wildlife corridor and shelter for local fauna.
